It already exists. Go to the Sourceforge code section, e.g. 
http://sourceforge.net/p/xymon/code/HEAD/tree/branches/4.3.17/

Click on the "History" link.

(For other verisons, you can follow the "Code" link on the Xymon project 
page at sf.net, then go down into the branches -> 4.3.x part of the tree).
