[Xymon] Monitor Salesforce?

I ran across an older post on the message board about a script to 
monitor the Salesforce system status page at 
http://trust.salesforce.com/trust/status/ and check a specific instance 
for the green checkmark.  There was a script that someone made but it 
wasn't attached.  Does anyone have a functioning version of a sript that 
will do this?
