[Xymon] host doesn't report http

I have two hosts : 

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX www # trace http://www 
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX www2 # trace http://www 

...and only one of them is reporting http. The only difference is the name "www2". The IPs and configs are the same. I have looked everywhere I can think and was hoping for ideas.
