Have a look to your bbwin.cfg on your Windows and check the @IP or 
hostname put here to send data to (bbdisplay).
Is the hostname correctly resolved ?
Is the network flow allowed/possible ? (Cmd: telnet <bbdisplay> 1984)

"BBWin failed to send the client data successfuly to the Xymon server. The 
error was : can't understand proxy host : No such host is known "
