[Xymon] green status and history files

I would think the test would have to actually run (eg smtp would be
checked by the xymon server)  for a history to be made, it doesn't
matter if it has a green or red result in my experience. If you just put
in a test name and nothing acts on it, then there is nothing to put in
the history, no?
