[Xymon] how to disable flapping notifications?

All the hosts I have are duration 2m or more.
I need to get rid of these alerts:

Xymon [185714] host1.domain.com :ssh CRITICAL (RED)
Service ssh on web1-stage-religare is OK (up)
==
Why am I getting RED alerts if the statis is OK (up) during one of
these 'flapping' instances?
xymon version is 4.3.5.
