[Xymon] Problem with "xymon download filename" in 4.3.5

Correct, xymond caches the file contents. It will not automatically notice
if you update a file that has been cached.

Use the "flush filecache" command to clear the cache. Like

    xymon 127.0.0.1 "flush filecache"
