[Xymon] SQL Server Monitoring

Hi ,  We are planning  on setting up Hobbit monitoring for SQL Server . We plan to query SQL Server databases and store this data in a database from time to time .Does Hobbit provide a database ?

Can we run custom scripts on the host and integrate it with a database ?
