[Xymon] Force http test to 30 mins interval for only one host

You say that a second instance of bbtest.net doesn't work?
It may be that you just need to ensure that you have XYMONNETWORK (not
sure of the 4.2.3 equivalent of this, I'm on 4.3.4) set for normal tests
as well as the 30minute test.
I found that it was testing on the normal test and on the new slow test.
Now that XYMONNETWORK is set in the script to "slowtests" for the
delayed test and "standard" in XYMONSERVER.CFG for the normal tests it
works successfully.
