[Xymon] mrtg xymon integration problem

Add the EPEL repo and install rrdtool-perl package.

[root at sentinel ~]# yum provides */RRDs.pm

rrdtool-perl-1.2.27-3.el5.x86_64 : Perl RRDtool bindings
