[Xymon] xymonproxy messages getting truncated

I had problems with the message size due to many connections in netstat
and processes in ps.
I added the following 3 lines to xymonserver.cfg:

MAXMSG_STATUS="3145728"
MAXMSG_CLIENT="3145728"
MAXMSG_DATA="3145728"
