[Xymon] problem with xymon

Actually I think that is not true. hosts.cfg is a file that is reread by itself, though I don't know what triggers it (interval, I suspect).

You need to make sure that the name you enter into hosts.cfg matches the output of “hostname” on the remote xymon client. You also need to restart xymon or HUP xymon in order for it to reread the configuration.

I try to install xymon but when I add a new server in the hosts.cfg file the name of server and his ip address, this information don’t appear in the xymon map.
Please what is the file that I must modified for have the good hour and a good day in the page with the different alert.
