in lib/Makefile Make the same change to

stackio: stackio.c libxymon.a
        $(CC) $(CFLAGS) -DSTANDALONE -o $@ stackio.c ./libxymon.a
$(LIBRTDEF)

change it to

$(CC) $(CFLAGS) -DSTANDALONE -o $@ stackio.c ./libxymon.a $(NETLIBS)
$(LIBRTDEF)
