hello

Do you have other RRD files that are being updated ? yes
Anything showing in the rrd-status.log or rrd-data.log files ? no
Have you upgraded clients or server or both ? just server
Are only some client hosts being affected, or all or just one ? all client
If you click on the "host data available" do you see valid entries for these things, such as "ps" output? yes
Are they being updated ? yes

after the upgrade from 4.3.3 to 4.3.5 the following rrd files are not upgraded anymore

-rw-rw-r-- 1 xymon xymon 20K Sep 15 19:09 clock.rrd
-rw-rw-r-- 1 xymon xymon 20K Sep 15 19:09 procs.rrd
-rw-rw-r-- 1 xymon xymon 20K Sep 15 19:09 la.rrd
-rw-rw-r-- 1 xymon xymon 20K Sep 15 19:09 users.rrd

Do you have other RRD files that are being updated? Anything showing in the rrd-status.log or rrd-data.log files?

What's common about these is that the details come from the host data of the remote systems. Have you upgraded clients or server or both? Are only some client hosts being affected, or all or just one?

If you click on the "host data available" do you see valid entries for these things, such as "ps" output? Are they being updated? The xymon client logs might be worth a look.

Cheers
Jeremy
