[Xymon] Cannot load file configuration

When I click to view a report on my xymon installation I get "Cannot 
load host configuration".  I am not sure what I messed up.  I can see 
the main page just fine it's just when I click on a smiley face.  In my 
apache logs I see 'Could not connect to Xymon deamon at 127.0.0.1:1984 
(Connection refused);
'xymonboard fields=hostname,testname,disabletime,dismsg'

All I did was reboot the server.
