[Xymon] Change response time setting for URL monitoring in Hobbit

Hi
I a monitoring a URL based on HTTP protocol.  The default response time setting seems to be 10 secs.  I would like to change it to a higher number.  Can anyone of you know please let me know how to change this setting?
