[Xymon] hobbit-clients.cfg

hello,
I have installed new xymon-4.3.0 version, I wanted to modify the threshold
as I used to on older xymon releases using file hobbit-clients.cfg, I could
not locate that file in the new one. Can anyone point me to the right
direction?
