It would be a lot easier if you just told us the message from devmon. What does it say when you click the clear status? Does it say that some OID is missing? Are there any errors in the devmon log file?
Have you made this template yourself? As far as I know, there is no "health" test in the Dell template included with devmon.

The server model is DELL POWER EDGE 1650. On which we have Windows2003 running.
I have installed the DELL OPEN MANAGE 6.2 windows hardware monitoring agent on the server.
Xymon collector is on Linux platform, where most of the network device hardware monitoring is happening fine.
I am herewith enclosing the snmpwalk details.
Can you please help how to resolve this issue?

Please try and provide more detail than one answer to one question, otherwise this is going to take a week to try and resolve.
Please increase the verbosity for devmon, and post the relevant portions of the log (to the devmon mailing list).
Please also supply the hardware model, and the template in use, for the server in question.
