[Xymon] [hobbit] ephemeral tests - TheState

Hello

We are using here BB and TheState, we will move to xymon really soon and we are going to port TheState to Xymon unless someone has already done the job

If you have information about this nice extension I will be pleased to read from you.

If not we will provide you with a nice patch and a daemon, the idea of TheState is very "elegant" and we will try to do as elegant as possible.

PS : I have a parc of 3000 servers
