acknowledge.sh is a front-end to the acknowledge.cgi CGI program. You 
need to invoke it via the web GUI.

If you want to ack something from the command line, then sending a 
"xymondack" message - with the correct parameters - directly to xymond 
is probably the easiest way. But you'll need the ack "cookie" (the one 
you get in your email alert).
