[Xymon] Can't start after 4.2.3 to 4.3.4 upgrade

Looks like your home directory is defined wrong. That happened in configure.
Basically, xymonlaunch can't find the tasks to startup.
Set the PATH variable in your xymomserver.cfg file to include the ~xymon/server/bin, probably /usr/local/www/xymon/server/bin.
