[Xymon] TS - Disk alert percentages for Linux - RESOLVED

FFR you do not need to restart Xymon when changing

xymon/server/etc/hobbit-clients.cfg

I have confirmed this with every Xymon release and beta I've run.  Most of
the configs are this way (all?)
