[xymon] how integrate xymonpdf into new xymon-menue

was only the citation from 
http://www.trantor.org/xymonton/doku.php/reports:xymonpdf

but unfortunaley i didn't find menu_items.js in xymon-4.3.0-beta3 anymore

Or is there any big mistake in my Installation/Thinking ?
