Please fix the xymon digest settings

Would someone change the list server's digest setting to be less chatty?
The listserver sent out 23 digest messages between 6:27 UTC and 13:43 UTC.
22 of which contained only one message.

Based on the digest message subject, there were sent at:  6:27:14, 6:55:11,
7:30:45, 8:54:02, 9:27:05, 9:56:49, 10:42:43, 11:26:01, 11:53:10, 12:10:03,
12:17:26, 12:21:57, 12:48:43, 13:00:06, 13:02:01, 13:04:57, 13:10:27,
13:10:53, 13:22:18, 13:27:51, 13:32:00, 13:38:45, and 13:43:18.  It seems
silly to 10 single message digest sent within 43 minutes.
