Upgrading past 4.2.3

Hi,
I am thinking of upgrading from 4.2.3 to 4.3 or 4.4.

What are the major differences between 4.3.0 and 4.4.0?   Any 
suggestions or warnings?

I realize that both are beta and have issues, etc. etc.
