[hobbit] HOBBITMENU issue on xymon 4.3.0 debian stable

I had the same problem upgrading from a hobbit 4.2.0 beta to 4.2.0 stable
when I upgraded the machine to debian 5.0. The solution was to:
> add "include /etc/hobbit/web/menu.cfg" to hobbitserver.cfg (just before
BBMENUSKIN)
