[hobbit] Remove Ports column

Hi Martin,
I did yes thanks, in fact that was the first one I tried. I ran the bbgen
command from the Hobbit server? Not sure if that was correct?
Command run:
./bbgen --ignorecolumns=ports
I did however wonder if that needs to go into a config file as a set option?
