Looks like you have both BBDISP and BBDISPLAYS configured wrong, see following example.
BBDISP="0.0.0.0" # IP address of the Hobbit server
BBDISPLAYS="hobbit1.test.com hobbit2.test.com" # IP of multiple Hobbit servers. BBDISP must be "0.0.0.0".
