[hobbit] Uptime limit on a Machine

If its a Windows box and If you're using BBWIN, its towards the end of the
CFG file


<uptime>
      <setting name="delay" value="10m" />
      <setting name="maxdelay" value="52w" />
</uptime>


Change the maxdelay to something more (104w)....W is weeks, D is days,
etc...
