[hobbit] acknowledge past disruptions

Hi all,

Is it somehow possible to have past errors marked as clear instead of 
red? I recently had my machine without a working DNS resolver so I want 
to mark those 15 minutes as "clear" as it is clearly not an error on 
that particular site I'm monitoring.
