if clear is listed in OKCOLORS, then yes, that would be normal.
The default is:
xymonserver.cfg:ALERTCOLORS="red,yellow,purple" # Colors that may
trigger an alert message
xymonserver.cfg:OKCOLORS="green,blue,clear" # Colors that may trigger
a recovery message
