I'm not sure if the rrd files are compatible.
I once moved some hobbit servers from AIX to linux.  I dumped the rrd files to 
xml on the AIX box, transfered the xml files and imported them back into a 
rrd file on the linux server.  Worked flawless.

For the rest, transfer the config files and you are fine.
