[hobbit] NCV behaving badly

If you can change the message sent to hobbit, you could change the ":" 
and / or "=" outside the NCV lines into ":"  respectively "=". 
In  perl scripts, I  use the following line to  prevent  misinterpretation:
     $Msg=~ s/:/:/g ;  $Msg=~ s/=/=/g ;
(assuming that the status message without NCV is assembled in $Msg).
