It should already be enabled.
man largefile
The application has to be largefile aware.   In older Solaris version you used to need a "largefiles" in the vfstab, however that's not the case anymore as it's the default.  Type  "mount" and you should see it as an option.

I've installed xymon-4.2.2 on a Sparc Solaris10 64 bit server.
I would like to enable large file system.
