[hobbit] Moved Hobbit to a new server, and now the Graphs have disappeared.

Having never used rrdtool. Other than for hobbit, how do I go about dumping and restoring?
And yes it was architecture change from a dell 2850, to a VM. I think I also updated the version of rrdtool.
I still have the old server so can do this from the console.

another possible reason could be different versions of RRDTool (which
can also be solved by dumping and restoring the RRDs, as suggested by
Buchan).
