Moved Hobbit to a new server, and now the Graphs have disappeared.

I moved from rhel3 to a rhel5 machine, as I was moving everything else on the box also. I recompiled hobbit (4.2.0) on the machine, and just copied over the files. However the graphs and graph history are missing. I moved the /home/hobbit directory and installed a fresh copy -- graphs are visibl;e.
Here is the error from firefox:
The file http://monitoring.curamsoftware.com/hobbit-cgi/hobbitgraph.sh?host=amidala.curamsoftware.com&service=tcp:conn&graph_width=576&graph_height=120&disp=amidala.curamsoftware.com&nostale&action=menu
Here from the monitoring error log in apache:

So I did an ldd of the server/bin/hobbitd_larrd on the new version, which came back with librrd.so.2 => /usr/local/rrdtool-1.2.30/lib/librrd.so.2 (0x00ec3000). The old version shows librrd.so.2 => not found.
So basically, I want to keep my formatting of the various pages, and keep the historical data. Is there any way to point the old version at the correct rrdtool library, or is there some easy way of copying just the data/web pages/configuration.
Thanks
Brian
