[hobbit] Old acknowledgements

Er, can't you use use SCRIPT together with NOTICE?  That should do #2
anyway.  Not sure about acknowledging - maybe it does that too?

I'd like to see syntax in the hobbit-alerts.cfg that lets me do something
(e.g. run a script, send an email, etc.) when someone:

1. Acknowledges an alert
2. Disables a test
