[hobbit] availibility report in pdf

Yes, I get it !! Here is what I did :
"bbgen --reportopts=1226790000:1226962799:1:crit --csv=mycsv.csv"
and this generates a good csv file. Now, I can parse it the way I like.
I just want to ask if this is a good way to use the bbgen command ?
