re-enabling disabled alerts

Try as I might, I can't seem to get "msgs" re-enabled for a particular 
monitored server. I've used re-enable from "info" column to no avail. I even 
tried "disabling" msgs again and re-enabling. (Monitored server is NT4 box 
running BBWin).

I checked on Hobbit server in disabled directory, and there is nothing 
there. Anything else I can try?
