[hobbit] DOWNTIME and info column

DOWNTIME=0:0000:2359,W:1930:0730,6:0830:2359

I am not certain but I don't believe the test needs to be (or can be)
specified.  Can you try this statement for me?

0.0.0.0 host.tld # DOWNTIME=*:0650:0700

as the man bb-hosts states:

DOWNTIME=day:starttime:endtime:cause

Though I don't believe the cause can be entered as it causes problems for
me, at least with multiple comma separated DOWNTIME statements.
