No. You have the client configured on one interface. It talks out of
that i/f and sends all the client data to the Hobbit server.

The server is used to monitor the ports and applications that are
configured to use the second interface on the client. So the Hobbit
server does the checking for if SMTP is running by connecting to port 25
on the second i/f of the client.

This means that you can only have services that can be checked remotely
configured on the Hobbit server for the second interface.
