[hobbit] configure bbdisplay not to perform any tests and display what it receives

[VPN Cluster]

 On bbdisplay server , I disabled the BBNET section on hobbitlaunch.cfg .
bbdisplay still does basic network connectivity tests and doenst` show
disk/cpu/memory info forward to it by bbproxy server.
