[hobbit] change alert email text?

I'd like to change the url that shows at the bottom. Currently it's 
something like

http://localhost/hobbit-cgi/bb-hostsvc.sh?HOST=blahblahblah

I'd like to change "localhost" to "my.hostname.edu"
