[hobbit] strange behavior for hobbit 4.2 with allinone patch

Argh ... this is silly. It's missing a shutdown of the user-channel
introduced with the patch. Adding a line like

    close_channel(userchn, CHAN_MASTER);

near the end of hobbitd/hobbitd.c will fix it.
