[hobbit] Port check from server

You could just add the entry to bb-services and add that entry as a
check on the servers...

Such as 


bb-services 

[wints]
  Port 3389

Then in bb-hosts

10.1.0.1 windowsbox # wints

The PORT test is a Hobbit client feature.
