[hobbit] Hobbit *ON* Tomcat...

Hi,

I need a help for JBOSS app server monitoring by hobbit ..how to do that and is there any plugin written for JBoss monitoring.....

Bcoz my company wants hobbit to monitor jboss in depth for example number of threads,JVM details,throughput n all stuff of java..........

Pls help me in this regards

And if any one in the forum has written or has docs pls send me asap

Don't forget the httpd.conf mods that have to be made as well...not sure how well Tomcat handles CGI type requests that aren't jsps.

All Apache needs to do for Hobbit is basic HTTP GETs and POSTs.  I have not used Tomcat other then installing a package for a proprietary application.  What problems are you getting when you request bb.html or index.html?

...NOT monitoring Tomcat.





Searched the archive and could find no relevant information.



I am at a client site and they wish to run Hobbit *ON* Apache Tomcat.   I have been trying all day.  Every time we think one issue may be fixed there is another right behind it.







Has anyone done this (Hobbit running on Tomcat)?  What did it require you to do?
