[hobbit] Alerts with Sounds

There is a script called bbtray. I use it sometimes. But it is a bit 
annoying with the sounds. There is also a popupwindow when staus change.

Check on deadcat.  I seem to recall a script to do this that might be usable 
with Hobbit.  You may also want to search the list archives...something is 
niggling at the back of my mind that this may have been covered here 
previously.
