That would indeed be every RRD file.

I knocked together a simple shell script when I did a similar unload/reload (Linux/intel 32 bit to Linux/Intel 64 bit)to walk the directories for any given node, unload, scp, then ssh the reload.

Is that every RRD file for every server as some servers have upto 35 rrd
files each?

I think you may have to convert your rrd files using rrdtool dump, copy
across then use rrdtool restore.
