[hobbit] monitoring files and messages

I'm still amazed at how little this command hasn't gotten around - it is a
real beautiful tool!

Try doing a namei -m /var/adm/sa/sar12 and see if the hobbit user has the
necessary access to read the file (and can execute directories up to it!)
