make : no rule to make target all

Hi all,

I tried to compile a static hobbit client for rhel3 (for checkpoitn 
secureplatform),
but I still get the following messages :

has anyone succesfully compiled a static hobbit client for rhel3 ?
is there an rpm somewhere ?
